2. Thank you, Bupa Latin America and the Caribbean

I am writing to thank you all for your concern and assistance during this trying time in my life.
I have been in Miami since late August due to a stomach/liver condition hard to diagnose. The doctors at Jackson Memorial Hospital referred me to numerous specialists and ran several diagnostic tests.

Finally, in early October, the cancer that was causing me to be so sick was identified and, since then, I have been undergoing chemotherapy.

Dealing with this situation has not been easy for me and my family. The Bupa Latin America and the Caribbean staff has reassured us that they will handle the hospital bills and expenses, and that all that I should worry about is regaining my strength and health. I am working towards that goal, and hope to get discharged within the next few weeks.

The Bupa International Patient Reception Center staff at Jackson has visited me every day, offering to assist in any way possible. A Bupa Latin America and the Caribbean Case Manager has also been here every week to check on my progress and needs.

Thanks again for helping me through this difficult time, so I can focus on healing and returning home to my family.

3. Thank you for Looking after my wife and daughter

To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bupa for looking after my wife and daughter during their stay at the hospital. A few weeks ago, my wife gave birth to our daughter in our home, a month and a half before the scheduled delivery date.

Given the nature of the delivery, my wife was hospitalized for five days, and my daughter remained eight in an incubator. During that time, the USA Medical Services doctors in Miami were in constant contact with us, providing the support and peace of mind that we needed.

We would also like to thank our agents Angel Tejada H. and Fernando Nava, as well as their staff, for all their care, support and assurance.
